A massage can be a good way for people to relax and practice self-care but can also relieve tension and pain in specific areas which may be causing the migraines and prevent them. Most people find immediate relief after a massage treatment and if people receive them on a regular basis it can prevent most migraines due to the muscular tension trigger, they may have.

Second, stay hydrated and well-rested. third, Over-the-counter medication can sometimes help, but be sure to talk to your doctor before taking anything.
